Welcome to Serene Shifts Retreats. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, membership (The Collective), and retreat experiences. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you're not authorized to, or interfere with its operation.
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Membership benefits are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
Retreat reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come basis. Details, itineraries, and inclusions are provided at the time of booking and may be subject to change for reasons beyond our control.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe). You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the property of Serene Shifts Retreats and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
We are committed to a safe, respectful community. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community or a retreat without refund.
Our retreats and content are for wellness and educational purposes and are not medical advice. Please review our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serene Shifts Retreats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, membership, or participation in a retreat. Participation is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
